This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for the following apps published on Google Play by Insane Game Softwares:

• Water Reminder
• Insane Tile – 3D Match Tile

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@insanegamesoftwares.com, or use one of the buttons below to open a pre-filled email.
2. Tell us which app the request is for and, if you have one, the email address or user ID you use in the app.
3. We confirm that we received your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We reply to you by email when it is done.

What data is deleted

• Water Reminder: your user ID and the information you entered in the app (water count, height and weight).
• Insane Tile – 3D Match Tile: any data we hold that is linked to you or your device.

Data stored only on your device, such as settings and game progress, is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in your device settings (Settings > Apps > [app name] > Storage > Clear storage). You can do this at any time without contacting us.

What data may be kept

• The apps use third-party services: AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (both apps), and Unity (Insane Tile). These services process data such as device and advertising identifiers, usage and crash data under their own privacy policies and retention periods, which we do not control. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you may be kept.
• Information we are legally required to keep, such as records of your deletion request, is kept only for as long as the law requires.
